BroadSource can “Pre-package” monthly support bundles tailored to your business needs. These hourly bundles are at a reduced rate from our standard hourly bill rate and also lock you in to a reduced rate for any additional hours needed.

BroadSource Technologies approaches its monthly support contract customers with an attitude of responsibility and proactive management, not the traditional break fix mentality. Regularly scheduled visits allow us to perform preventative maintenance on PC and server operating systems, verify backup procedures, perform system health monitoring, and a number of other tasks designed to avoid problems and/or speed recovery from system failures.

While needs vary from environment to environment, some example packages follow. Of course we can custom tailor any plan to meet your specific needs.

  1. Package 1: Small office 1-5 PCs $275.00 per month
    2 Hours on-site, 1 Hour phone or remote support.

  2. Package 2: 6-10 PCs $495.00 per month
    4 Hours on-site, 1.5 Hours phone or remote support

  3. Package 3: 11-15 PCs $770.00 per month
